There is more to it than just water. The cost of any waterscapes
can vary depending on the location you have chosen for the waterscape,
the type of waterscapes that best suits your needs and of course
what equipment you are using during pond construction. This is
the reason My Pond Store offers on-site waterscapes design consultations
on location at your home or business.
We charge a nominal fee for this pond design service that will
be applied to your contract price should you decide to use our
company for professional pond construction. When you pay a pond
design consultation fee you will have a professional designer
show up at your home, not just a salesman! Your professional design
consultant will conduct a complete evaluation of the area where
you wish to install the water feature and give you recommendations
to match your landscape and your budget.
Your consultation includes an informational Create A Paradise
DVD presentation that you will receive before you meet with a
pond designer. We will educate you, the consumer, in the difference
between various water gardens and koi pond construction, waterscapes
and pond less waterfall systems.
At the time of your design consultation, in most cases we will
be prepared to give you not just an estimate but firm pricing
for your waterscape installation, review available construction
dates and sign a contract.

Pond Maintenance Programs

While My
Pond Store promotes building ponds and water gardens that are low-maintenance
by working with Mother Nature and not against her, problems do occasionally
occur. As with any major purchase you want your water feature to
function properly for years to come. All of our water features installations
are designed to be “LOW MAINTENANCE” they

“ARE NOT MAINTENANCE FREE”.
Therefore, we offer regular training seminars for those homeowners
whom wish to maintain there water feature themselves or we offer
a complete range of services for those customers that would rather
leave the upkeep of their water feature to us.
Monthly/Bi-Monthly/Weekly Pond Maintenance Programs
A My Pond Store trained professional will visit your water feature
at the desired intervals to perform general pond maintenance tasks
for you.
Annual Spring Cleanouts
My Pond Store recommends that full a spring cleanout be performed
on ALL ponds. This is by far the most labor intensive maintenance
task associated with owning a water feature. The good news is that
this only happens once a year and we are happy to offer this as
a service to our customers.
General Pond Maintenance/Service Calls
Periodically our customers will have maintenance issues (pump replacements,
etc.) that they either do not know how to or do not wish to resolve.
